Dr. William Tsimwa Muhairwe
Prof. Dr William T. Muhairwe is a Management Specialist trained in Economics and Business Management.
He holds a PhD, Masters as well as Bachelors in Business Administration; all from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University
Munich, Germany. Prof. Dr. Muhairwe has been managing public companies both in Uganda and abroad for more than 19 years.
For example as; Managing Director (MD) of National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC), Uganda Investment Authority Executive
Director for 3 years, MD of the East African Steel Corporation, a Joint Venture Company between the government of Uganda and a
private company (The Madhvani Group) to mention but a few.
Dr. Harald Schützeichel
Establishment and management of companies, foundations and associations in Europe, Africa and Asia, 1998 – 2003, founding director
of a publicly traded company (D), since 2006, founder and director of international companies in the fields of production, trade
and services, 2012, founding president of an international trade association based in Hong Kong (together
with the World Bank/IFC)
since 2004, in the development cooperation with a focus on East Africa and Southeast Asia (for-profit and non-profit)
working since 2004 as a business coach
since 2003, management consultant
since 1990, teaching and training activities, inter alia for staff, leadership and management at the University of Freiburg.
Mr. Robert Bake Tumuhaise
Robert Bake is a Ugandan entrepreneur, author and motivational speaker. He is also the Managing Director of World Of
Inspiration and Founder of the Authors’ Forum in Uganda. He is the author of five published inspirational books including
the novel; Tears of my mother, and a motivational book, Tapping God’s Blessings: Keys to Open Doors of Success in your Life.
He also writes as a columnist with Saturday Vision (Uganda) and Sunday Times (Rwanda). Robert also sits on the board of Amakula
International Film Festival. He is a graduate Teacher from Makerere University.
Mr. Emmanuel Bukenya (Co-founder)
Emmanuel Bukenya is one of the company’s co-founders. He previously worked on World Bank sponsored energy projects
with the Center for Research in Energy and Energy Conservation. He also is co-founder of Bulungi Bwansi Energy - a
company that manufactures briquettes from agricultural waste. He graduated from Makerere University with a Bachelors of
Industrial and Fine Arts and is currently pursuing an MBA at Southern University, USA.
Ms. Rosemary Akun Pamela (Co-founder)
Pamela Akun is a Community Psychologist and an international development practitioner with a bachelors’ degree in Community
Psychology from Makerere University, Uganda and a Master’s in Coexistence and Conflict from Brandeis University Waltham USA.
She has a background in community development projects, youth economic empowerment and livelihoods development and worked with
the International Organisation for Migration - Uganda to provide psycho-social support. She’s a co-founder of Change Trends
Association and Anuel Energy in Uganda.
